amelia sahin was born with a silver spoon in her mouth but it was the sort of birthrite she choked on rather than reveled in. She grew up clever, precocious and disdainful of the entitlement that her family tried to instill in her; instead of following the path laid out of her (attending the college she was meant to attend or marrying the young man she was meant to marry), amelia chose to make her own way. as an act of rebellion she began to systematically make her way through her parents' address book, instigating salacious affairs with family friends only to extort them for money later. a blackmailer by trade, a social butterfly and an emotional manipulator by necessity, amelia relies on no one but herself — though she has grown attentive furcas, the knight of hell that she's bound to. his vast wealth of knowledge and his desire to teach her the things that he knows makes him nothing short of a boon, even if amelia finds it difficult to keep up at times. she goes to great lengths to hold her demon's attention, especially now that her new apprentice is beginning to prove as ambitious as she is.
